Order Processing

Most orders are prepared for shipment within a few business days. While we strive for efficiency, please note that fulfillment times may fluctuate based on current order volume. You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.

Order Cancellation

As we move quickly to secure and package your piece, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement. Once a tracking number is generated, the order is considered in transit.

Taxes & Address Errors

Sales tax is applied based on the shipping destination. Please ensure your address is accurate; Liora Tyron is not responsible for mis-delivery or return shipping costs resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

International Shipping

At this stage, we ship within the United States only. We look forward to expanding our shipping options in the future, thanks for understanding. 

Damage Report

Due to the delicate nature of our collections, we kindly ask that you inspect your delivery immediately.

  • 7-Day Reporting: Any transit-related damages must be brought to our attention within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a resolution.
  • Documentation: Please retain all original packaging and provide clear visual evidence (photos of the item and the box) so we can best assist you.

Return Policy

  • Initiation: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.
  • Requirements: Items must be returned in their original, secure packaging to prevent damage during the return journey. Returns that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging may not be eligible for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Material Authenticity & Variation

Liora Tyron objects are crafted from natural and artisanal materials. Each piece is a singular artifact with its own structural narrative.

  • Natural Marble: Each object is carved from a unique block of earth. Natural variations in veining, color, and surface texture are the inherent "fingerprints" of the stone.
  • Artisanal Brass: Our brass is hand-welded with unique textural variations that do not affect integrity; however, if any variation compromises the actual functionality of your piece, we will provide a full refund or replacement
  • Because these unique signatures define the soul and authenticity of the object, returns or exchanges based on natural marble veining or artisanal metal irregularities will not be accepted. We invite you to embrace these characteristics as a sincere reflection of the object’s origin.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3 business days), we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We will do our best to assist when there is a mishap in the carrier handling. However, the ownership of packages turns over to the customer the moment they are designated as 'Delivered' by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. For your security, we strongly recommend shipping to a workplace or a location with a secure receiving area.
